MRSENPAY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR IF CAUSED BY FAULT, TORT (EXCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR BREACH OF WARRANTY.
